Des Moines Renaissance Faire Food and Drink
Our royal food court will feature many types of food and drink. Several taverns will also serve beers and wines. Here is a listing of our current food vendors as well as some of the food items they offer.

- The Bentley - "Bud's Home Made Root Beer"
- Canterbury Sausage - Scotch eggs, sausage sandwiches.
- Crepes and Cream - ice cream on crepes.
- House of Legs - turkey legs.
- Humphrey's - Ye Ole Famous Funnel Cakes (plain or with berries and cream), Fresh Squeezed Lemonade, and English Corn Dogs. The Humphrey family has been serving you the most delicious foods for many generations, while you watch them being made. Food items are homemade, fresh before your eyes. Funnel cakes are a delicious, refreshing, taste treat delight that will make you want to come again and again.
- K's Bake Shoppe - baked goods and treats (different selection each weekend).
- Marc O's - pirate pie (pizza), corn, snowies, and more.
- Miller Lite Tavern - adult beverages including beers and Captain Morgan Rum (though probably not mixed together).
- Off With Your Bread - Soup Bowl (French Guillotine). Various Soups served in a bread bowl. “Shell Shocking” – refreshing creamy fruit sorbet in natural fruit shell.
- Olde Time Kettle Corn - Fresh Popped & Flavored Kettle Corn.
- Sir David's Wild Game - kabobs.
- Summerset Winery - Iowa wines.
- Two Wenches Coffee & Chocolate Shoppe - Two Wenches Coffee & Chocolate Shoppe - Located across from the castle, this quaint coffee and chocolate shoppe features a variety of flavored and iced or blended coffees, cappuccino, espresso,hot chocolate and Tazo hot teas. Indulge yourself with a hand-dipped chocolate covered strawberries, decadent homemade fudge, chocolate and carmel covered rice crispy bars,a turtle on a stick or a cool frozen chocolate dipped cheesecake. For lunch enjoy a refreshing chicken or tuna Pita sandwich.
- Ye Olde Smoothies - Cold Strawberry Smoothies and Hot Apple Cider if the weather gets cooler. Just south of Main Street second red building on the right hand side. YOU CAN STICK YOUR NOSE IN OUR BUSINESS ANYTIME!
